Open House/Recruiting Event |
On Monday, July 01, 2013, our stations hosted an open house/recruiting event at the Louisiana Association of Broadcasters in Baton Rouge. The event was conducted by our General Manager, Sales Assistant, and several Account Executives who gave a brief introduction of the company/stations, discussed employment opportunities in sales, provided an overview of Cumulus’ sales training program, and made themselves available for one-on-one meetings with attendees. We also collected resumes. The event was promoted on KQXL, WEMX, WXOK, and WRQQ radio stations via on-air commercials inviting listeners to attend. |

Job Fair – Participant |
On July 15, 2013, our SEU participated in a job fair held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. At the fair we set-up a booth representing all stations, collected resumes, and provided information to attendees about careers in broadcasting and job opportunities within the Baton Rouge SEU. Our General Manager attended the fair and it was promoted on KQXL, WEMX, WXOK, and WRQQ radio stations via on-air commercials inviting listeners to attend. |
